MUSIC

Hey guys! Since summer is just around the corner and it's days are always jam-packed with concerts and music festivals, I chose to talk to you in this new post about ''the perfect outfit'' for such occasions. Whether it being a concert or a music festival, the only reason you're attending the event is: listening and enjoying great music. But to do that you should obviously be wearing a comfortable and very fashionable outfit. So without further a due here's my take on a concert/music festival attire:
Always start at the bottom, by finding a pair of shoes, that will be appropriate for the venue and then work your way up. Of course I would recommend you to avoid wearing sandals, even though these performances take place during summer, because you are likely to get stepped on. After choosing your shoes, you can match your bottoms to them, and pull the outfit together with a fun top. Finally to complete the perfect ensemble, pick out the right details to add a fashionable twist to it, like a pair of statement jewelery (e.g: a couple of leather bracelets or necklaces) but make sure not to overpower your outfit.
TIP: For festivals, preferably show a little more skin by wearing cut-offs and shorts for example. Make sure to balance out the garments, if you are revealing a lot of skin on top or bottom, even it out with a more conservative counter-part. And finally for a kick and a little flair, you can throw on some accessories like a big hat and over-sized sunglasses.

BLACK LEATHER

So in this new post I decided to embrace some of the seasons trends that weren't mentioned in my previous one. Leather, surprisingly is still a trend this summer season. Although we're not used to seeing fabrics like these in summer collections we all saw them in many of the runway presentations done by high street brands like Hermes, Trussardi and even Dior. As shocking as it seems, the use of the leather fabric in many of the seasons garments was appropriate due to the fabric manufacturing. It was reworked into seasonally-appropriate attire, to be accessible and wearable under the heat of the sun. In this outfit, I also sported some python leather sneakers which are also very trendy alongside croc-skin.

THE SEASONS NEW TRENDS

This weeks post is all about enumerating some of the trends that graced the runways during fashion week this season. So here are my top 6 trends accompanied by some of the key pieces and looks that are set to take off this season:

1- WHITE ON WHITE:

White on white outfits aren't usually very common in men's fashion, and this is why the new trend is set to make a visual impact and attract some attention.

2- TAILORED SHORTS:

Tailored shorts are a staple piece this season with the weather becoming hotter by the second. If worn correctly you can opt for a more tailored and elegant style that will enhance your look.

3- BIG CHECKS AND STRIPES:

Since pattern and print is fast becoming an essential part of a dapper mans wardrobe this season checks and stripes are definitely one way of staying trendy.

4- SLIP-ON SNEAKERS:

For a more laid back and relaxed look this is the way to go! Slip-ons are making their way back into the fashion spotlight this season. Whether they're worn with pants or shorts they guarantee style and comfort.

5- FLORAL PRINTS:

This is a print I personally love, although many people debate the role of floral patterns in mens garments. It's a kind of trend that you can easily incorporate into your everyday outfits as long as you choose subtle prints and not tacky ones.

6- SANDALS:

Sandals still remain quite controversial but designers have adopted sandals as the footwear of choice for the season by using new techniques in an attempt to modernize their look.

EASTER

This weeks outfit, I'm totally in love with. What I like about it, is that this apparel could be worn a lot of times to a lot of events without it losing it's niceness and it's value. The shoes worn in this post, which you probably saw in my last ensemble, take this outfit from average to nifty yet classy. The purpose of their presence in 2 consecutive posts is to show you guys, that even though these shoes have a very bright and unusual hue, they still match a lot of garments.
